Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
How can I return or exchange an item?
You have 14 days from receipt of your jewelry to submit a return or exchange request to us via our after-sales service form, available here. Make sure you respect this deadline so that your request is taken into account.
What conditions must be met to return an item?
Returned items must not be damaged and must be returned in their original condition, complete (with packaging, accessories, instructions). Please note that the return costs are your responsibility and that the return must be made within 15 days following your decision to withdraw. Only returns insured to the value of the jewelry will be accepted.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
IVARENE is not responsible for loss or theft of packages during the return process. We recommend choosing a shipping service with insurance and tracking to minimize these risks.
Can I return an item if I live outside of European countries?
Unfortunately, only residents of European countries are allowed to return or exchange their orders at IVARENE.
When will I receive my refund?
You will be notified by email once the refund has been made. It takes approximately 10 working days after receipt of your return for our service to process your refund request. We strive to process your request as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
